In this paper executives of the Royal Belgian Society of Surgery examine objectively the principles, requirements and philosophy about the enduring place of Endoscopy in General Surgery, at the time some people are trying via legalistic manoeuvre to rip the surgeons off by not allowing them to perform endoscopy any more.
